The Vestry minutes are now being published using the original Word documents instead of translating the files into standard HTML Web format. This is being done in the interest of streamlining the process and getting the information out in a more timely manner. If you cannot read the documents because you do not own a copy of Microsoft Word, I highly recommend that you go to the Open Office web site and download and install a copy of Open-Office. Open-Office is a free, open source package which provides almost all of the capabilities of Microsoft Office.

The One Hundred and Twelfth Annual Meeting of the Church of the Transfiguration was held in the Church on Sunday, January 30, 2005.
The minutes of the 2004 Annual Meeting were read, accepted as presented, and placed on file.
According to the by-laws of the church, the minutes of the current Annual Meeting are not officially recognized until they have been presented at the next Annual Meeting, voted on, and accepted. In the interest of the timely flow of relevant information, we are including here an unofficial and unverified copy of the rough draft of the minutes of the Annual Meeting.
The Church of the Transfiguration By-Laws Committee met numerous times during 2000 and 2001 revising the church by-laws. A rough draft was presented to the Parish at the 2001 Annual Parish Meeting where it was approved in concept. The final version was presented at the 2002 Annual Parish Meeting where it was voted on and approved. Click here to be able to view the by-laws online or to download a copy for offline viewing.
