Minutes of the monthly Vestry meetings.

For those parishioners that might be interested in the workings of the Vestry, we are now publishing the minutes of the Vestry meetings on-line. The minutes are published each month for the meeting that was held the previous month. This is due to the fact that before the minutes may be published they must be presented at the next meeting and approved. For more timely information about the workings of the vestry, all parishioners are invited to attend the monthly meetings and observe first hand.

I am in the process of converting the Vestry minutes into PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format. This should allow most people to read the minutes with a simple web browser plug-in available from adobe.com and it will make the process of publishing the minutes more streamlined. It also allows me to make the process 99% automated. Check back soon for the updated page. In the meantime, if you would like to review the minutes you may contact the clerk of the Vestry for assistance.

Church of the Transfiguration Annual Meeting

Church of the Transfiguration By-Laws

The Church of the Transfiguration By-Laws Committee met numerous times during 2000 and 2001 revising the church by-laws. A rough draft was presented to the Parish at the 2001 Annual Parish Meeting where it was approved in concept. The final version was presented at the 2002 Annual Parish Meeting where it was voted on and approved. Click here to be able to view the by-laws online or to download a copy for offline viewing.
