The Church of the Transfiguration By-Laws

The Church of the Transfiguration recently revised it's by-laws. The By-Laws Committee met numerous times during 2000 and 2001 revising the church by-laws. A rough draft was presented to the Parish at the 2001 Annual Parish Meeting where it was approved in concept. The final version was presented at the 2002 Annual Parish Meeting where it was voted on and approved.

For the convenience of the parishioners and visitors, the new revised by-laws are being made available here.
