There being no further nominations from the floor, nominations were closed and the Clerk was directed to cast one ballot for the slate as submitted.
The 2004 Treasurer’s Report was accepted as presented.

The Treasurer presented the proposed 2005 Budget, stressing that it contains no unnecessary expenses. We continue to run a deficit. A motion was made, seconded, and passed to accept the 2005 budget.
Old Business: The Parish Directory has been completed and is available in CD-ROM and printed format.
New Business:
· A suggestion was made for improved lighting and signage for the side entrance to the basement so that those unfamiliar to the building may find the way to enter during fundraisers or other events.
· Fr. Lemery and the Vestry have proposed two changes in the by-laws: both of which refer to the size of the Vestry. It is proposed that Article 4 Section 2, and Article 3 Section 3D be changed to allow the size of the Vestry to be reduced to 9 from 12, to reflect the small size of our parish. A motion was made, seconded, and passed to accept this proposal. An additional affirming vote must be taken at next year’s Annual Meeting in order for this change to take place.
· Bill McCormick expressed gratitude to the Vestry for the supportive letter sent to the Bishop on his behalf, regarding his pursuit of admission to the Deaconate.
Closing Remarks: Fr. Lemery thanked the members of the Vestry for their hard work and dedication during the past year.
